Welcome to Webconnex Callout

Webconnex Callout is an application to connect callers to a live service person over the phone. While is is usually used for afterhours service, it can be used any time.

• The manager sets up a list of numbers which will be called one by one to reach a service person
• In order to avoid calls be lost by going to voicemail, the person must accept the call. If the call is not accepted, the call will be passed on to the next service person in the list.
• The service manager can add service numbers, names and email addresses to the list.
• The service manager can change the call out order
• The systems sends an email containing the result of each call.
• Each service person can optionally be sent an email if they miss a call.
• If a call is missed, a voice message is recorded and sent as an email attachment.
